SOURCED FROM AMISH FARMLANDS
We source our animals directly from the farmlands of Amish Country, where traditional farming practices and animal care come first. Our Black Angus cattle, along with our lamb, goat, and sheep, are pasture-raised and grain-finished for optimal health, flavor, and quality. We visit the farm ourselves, building relationships with the farmers and personally selecting each animal. We know where our meat comes from and hand-select each one to meet our uncompromising standards.
USDA-COMPLIANT TRANSPORT
We take pride in how our animals are transported. Licensed livestock haulers follow USDA’s 28-Hour Law, ensuring humane handling every step of the way. Animals are transported in specialized pot-belly trailers, traveling directly from Lancaster, Pennsylvania to Paterson, New Jersey. By eliminating middlemen, distribution centers, warehouses and frozen storage periods, we maintain a clean, direct process by bringing the animals from pasture to preparation in one continuous, carefully managed step.

Our process honors both tradition and integrity. Every animal is hand-slaughtered by a practicing Muslim, facing the Qibla, with Bismillah recited individually. We do not use mechanical processing only careful, deliberate methods guided by halal principles. Each step is carried out under the supervision of a USDA inspector, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met and uphold our commitment to uncompromising, consistent superior meat quality.
